The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates is a great choice for a holiday vacation villa.  We are located off Hwy 27 just one mile south of Hwy 192. Conveniently close to shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and minutes from Disney and all the major Orlando Theme Parks. The Palms has many community amenities including a community pool; playground; basketball and tennis courts, all available for our guests to use free of charge. A wide selection of golf courses is nearby and fishing is popular at Lake Davenport.

We can arrange for car rental during your stay and also have licensed child care available.
