Our Disney vacation home rental rates are reasonably priced for a four-bedroom, two-bathroom pool home. This gorgeous vacation rental is situated in the beautiful community of The Palms at Lake Davenport Estates and is located only minutes away from I-4, attractions, shopping and dining. Community amenities are abundant here and include a swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. Inside this Disney vacation home the floor plan is found to be spacious and appealing with owner's pride shown throughout. |

The Master En-suite in our Disney vacation home rental features a king-sized bed with upholstered headboard, a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV, alarm clock with ipod docking station. The spacious bathroom boasts a large corner shower and separate garden tub, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The other 3 very spacious bedrooms include a Queen Size bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. |

We provide better amenities than the average Disney vacation home rental, yet our rates are very affordable and less than you would be paying at most Disney resorts. |

Our Deluxe Disney Rental includes formal living and dining rooms, an expansive fully equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar and breakfast nook, laundry room, televisions in every room with high definition cable, free high speed internet access, and free call to the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. |

$85 Cleaning Fee
$25 daily optional pool heat (3 night min)
$250 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit

Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival time.
