Our vacation villa is located in Polk County right in the center of Florida, which makes our villa a great home base to explore the state. Lake Davenport Estates is a beautiful lakeside community just west of Disney on Highway 27. While many people come to Florida just for theme parks and golf, our Florida vacation villa in Polk County offers travelers a variety of cultural facilities including art museums, historic museums, theater and more. For outdoor recreation there's fishing, golf, tennis and baseball fields galore.
