12% Florida Sales Tax
$85 Cleaning Fee
Optional Pool Heat $25 daily (3 night min)
$250 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit is required for our rental property

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations must be in writing.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason you will be charged a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.
If you cancel at least 90 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund less cancellation fee.
If you cancel less than 90 days prior to your arrival, you will be held responsible for the full rental for that period.

Hurricane or Storm Policy:
No refunds will be given due to weather or unforeseen climate changes.
We suggest guest purchase trip cancellation insurance.
